data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong>ROMA\u2019S STORIES<\/strong> is a hybrid project that combines both digital technology and artistic content production, aiming to promote and celebrate the Roma community and its cultural heritage.<\/p><p>The first part of the project consists of creating various types of content (articles, a documentary series, a virtual photo album and an exhibition) in order to deconstruct existing negative stereotypes regarding the Roma community by promoting their cultural heritage, presenting their ethnic identity and ways of life.<\/p><p>Another part of this project is represented by the 5 days study visit, organized by the\u00a0 Icelandic partners, where 5 young Roma people already involved in activities and organizations promoting Roma culture have the chance to participate in job shadowing activities and develop specific skills contribution of Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway towards a green, competitive and inclusive Europe. There are two overall objectives: reduction of economic and social disparities in Europe, and to strengthen bilateral relations between the donor countries and 15 EU countries in Central and Southern Europe and the Baltics. The three donor countries cooperate closely with the EU through the Agreement on the European Economic Area (EEA). The donors have provided \u20ac3.3 billion through consecutive grant schemes between 1994 and 2014. For the period 2014-2021, the EEA Grants amount to \u20ac1.55 billion.
